Multiculturalism as a Theoretical and Practical Problem: Guidelines for Education. Journal «Philosophy of Education» Editorial Board Round Table.
Abstract
The theoretical and methodological problems of multiculturalism, the realization of multicultural political projects which generate the global context for making of the contemporary educational strategies were examined during discussion. The participants of the round table have paid special attention to analysis of experience of American multicultural
education's system, Ukrainian peculiarities of cross-cultural relations, complexities, and diversities of European political practices. The search of philosophical bases for comprehension of arising practical problems of the multicultural development was a subject of debate as well.
