Шлях до національного лідерства: осмислення 25-річного становлення Інституту вищої освіти НАПН України

У статті з позицій директора (2006–2012 рр.), головного наукового співробітника за сумісництвом і члена вченої ради (з 2006 р.), національного експерта з реформування вищої освіти (з 2009 р.) розглянуто особливості 25-річного становлення Інституту вищої освіти Національної академії педагогічних наук України, заснованого в контексті глобального, регіонального і національного розвитку вищої освіти, його кількісне зростання й якісне збагачення, ефективність діяльності. Виокремлено етапи і аспекти модернізації інституційної місії (мети) та відповідного статусного і структурного переформатування установи як національного лідера із системного дослідження університетської сфери. Зазначено найважливіші фундаментальні здобутки, що отримані за авторської участі і актуальні для народженої в інституті науки про університети (університетології), а також створення лідерських університетів як локомотивів прогресу. З огляду на євроінтеграцію схарактеризовано науковий супровід розвитку Європейського простору вищої освіти за Болонським процесом, участі в них України, зокрема у двох ключових їх вимірах: 1) сумісність і порівнянність та 2) конкурентоспроможність і привабливість, та поширення міжнародної співпраці і комунікації вчених інституту. Щодо національної самоідентифікації і самодостатності, забезпечення державного суверенітету, то показано внесок вчених установи в обґрунтування засад підвищення конкурентоспроможності українських університетів, розроблення стратегії створення університетів світового класу. Зроблено висновок, що дослідницька діяльність колективу наукової установи важлива для наближення перемоги у війні, розв’язаній рф, підвищення обороноздатності і безпеки, повоєнного інноваційного відновлення та європейської інтеграції України.
