Abstract

The author discovers the educational situation in the 19th century and the influence of P. D. Yurkevich and K. D. Ushinsky ideas on the philosophy of education becoming. The philosophical discourse in the 19th century had diverse approaches. The given article underlines the main valuable positions, which illustrated the ideas of P. D. Yurkevich and K. D. Ushinsky. It s emphasized that the distinctive feature of their social and philosophical ideas was deep and systematic investigation of sciences connected with the problem of personality social reproduction.
