Abstract

The values of innovation, change and progress that become inherent worth occupy the special place in the life meaning system of the "knowledge society". An appropriate level
of social innovation should be preceded or corresponded to the certain type of technological innovations. On their basis, an appropriate innovative institutional space in which there is the possibility for the development of new education and new man is formed. The development of education is the most important task, the solution of which influences on the future of modern civilization. Education must approach to a new level of semantic coordinates. It is necessary to change radically the society's attitude to education in such way it to correspond the requirements of contemporaneity. The problem of innovative education should be solved in the direction of improving its content in accordance with the basic paradigms of its development. Information technologies, globalization create exceptional prospects for the becoming a new type of personality. The education in this context is the necessary precondition and way, which includes the goal and result.
