Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of knowledge management. The modern complex and not-stabile situation demands from economic organizations the ability of prompt and adequate changes. Conception of knowledge management, practices of corporate education helps to develop this ability. It follows to the problem of cognitive competence of managers and team leaders.
