Education as a means of non-linear strategy of management
Abstract
Subject of this article is education as training in «human-dimensional», social and economical systems: organizations and companies. It shows that education as training could serve as basis of management. The certain similarities are showned between advanced methods of HR management and training in business and synergetic management principles of complex systems. It is presumed that synergetic strategies of management in modern conditions of total unpredictability are very effective. Therefore, philosophy of organizational management and training should be enriched by achievements of synergetics.
