Conceptual Priorities of the Research and Education Areas as Elements of Social Modernization System
Abstract
Effective modernization of contemporary Ukrainian society and bringing it into compliance with the functioning of the developed countries is not possible in the absence of theoretical understanding and implementation in practice functionally convincing conceptual priorities of scientific and educational speheres, which in our time become a decisive element of the modernization reforms system.
