Qualification Criteria of Competence: Conceptual and Methodological Aspects
Abstract
Conceptual and methodological basis of qualification of competence criteria is analyzed through the prism of ideological-axiological priorities that require transnational coordination, conventionalism. Criterion diagnostic of competence is improved. The term «level of competence* is provided conceptual expression.
