Higher Education in the Post-Bologna Space: A Prognostic Analysis Attempt
Abstract
Philosophy of education development has become essential in the post-Bologna space. The future education has 'to overcome' the education of the 20-th century, go beyond its borders, open up new perspectives, and establish itself as sufficient for the human being of the 21 -st century. The analysis of the economical, political and socio-cultural tendencies gives ground to conclude that qualitative characteristics of the immediate future as well as parameters of education development will be defined by several important factors. The new tasks for Higher Education are getting obvious and their realization will be an adequate answer of the Ukrainian society to the challenges of the new century.
