Перспективи розвитку вищої духовної освіти у протестантському середовищі (на прикладі ГО «ЄАТА»)

Анотація

Запропоновано історичний огляд виникнення українських духовних закладів вищої освіти, заснованих протестантами: від неформального та підпільного існування до повноцінної участі в освітньому просторі. Систематизовані здобутки, які варто масштабувати на весь освітній простір України. Проаналізовано досягнення громадської організації «Євангельська Акредитаційна Теологічна Асоціація», в аспекті виконання функцій передбачених нереалізованим положенням ст.23 Закону України «Про вищу освіту» щодо незалежних установ оцінювання та забезпечення якості вищої освіти. В офіційному листі МОН України від 5 липня 2018 року під №1 / 9-421, адресованому керівникам усіх вищих навчальних закладів, є перелік 230 духовних навчальних закладів, з яких біля 44 % можна кваліфікувати як протестантські. Історично саме протестанти закладали основи вищої освіти в США, зокрема флагмани американської освіти – Гарвард та інші Університети були створені протестантами. Забезпечення якості освіти декларується як один із найбільших пріоритетних напрямків розвитку України. Разом з цим протягом майже 30 років жоден з українських університетів не потрапив до престижних сходинок світових рейтингів Університету. Поряд з майже 30 роками Незалежності України протестанти України змогли створити власну мережу навчальних закладів без будь-якого державного фінансування. Отже найкращі здобутки забезпечення якості слід ототожнити та масштабувати по Україні. Духовні заклади освіти, створені протестантами на початку свого існування в Україні орієнтувались власне на американські стандарти. Ступінь вивченості цих явищ лишається низьким, таким чином, будь-які дослідження в цій галузі матимуть наукову новизну. Завданням статті є ототожнити шляхи розвитку духовної освіти у протестантському середовищі на прикладі ГО «ЄАТА». Запропоновані два варіанти: 1) шлях здобуття статусу незалежної установи оцінювання якості вищої освіти (як на рівні держави, так й на міжнародному рівні), автор наголошує на перевагах цього сценарію та 2) шлях обслуговування виключно внутрішніх для спільноти віри інтересів, автор застерігає проти цього шляху.
