Abstract

The problems of theoretical and applied models of the new integrative paradigm of globalism and social philosophy of education are discovered. The most expressive feature of the coming era is the rapid growth of the global processes of globalization. Therefore author emphasizes that any civilian institutional, educational, educational model, as research is international in the modern globalized social system. The Issues related to educational management and public education are now in the center of attention, not only in our country but also the international community. At the same time, these models and programs should not be cut off from any individual-collective system of moral and social values,
theoretical and applied training, not from further use of the acquired values, norms and habits in life, science, manufacturing, in all social institutions. The social philosophy of education and training is, in this case, on the one hand, the part of the socio-philosophical and pedagogical science, and on the other - makes a possibility to understand the hidden nature of certain critical trends in society, education, education and the state in the global context of the world of social transformations, today’s economy and politics.
