Education as a Social System: Economical Aspects of Functioning

Abstract

Author presents the political and economical analysis of education system functioning in the society. Its main tasks at present time are determined. The basic factors which provide the efficiency of the education system functioning are described in the paper as well The author pays special attention to the economical aspect of education system functioning. Basic economical laws are determined which influence on the education system is of great importance. The common principles of the economical and educational systems of the society are
proposed to determine on the base of comparative approach. These principles are necessary to be taken into account for creating a competent state policy in the social area and for their further research.
