Abstract

The basic defects of contemporary approaches to a phenomenon of education which use system methodology are considered. The reducing of notion 'system' to the abstract organization, and the problem of management of higher education — to administrative management is critically analyzed in the given paper. It is affirmed, that the given group of approaches are based on the settled 'administrative mythology', which displays ideology and outlook stereotypes of the bureaucratic machinery, but presents as the newest development on the basis of the system approach. In a context of dominance of such 'administrative' dogmas the urgent need for a philosophical reflection of the concepts 'system', 'organization', 'management' and their application to such complex object as 'education' is proved.
