Abstract

The higher education in Ukraine, in particular, culture and arts, needs serious analytical work and generalization of existing experience, especially under the informational society. The ethical imperative of Bologna declaration in the context of branch education development in Ukraine is the formation a global ethics that intersects with effective monological and dialogical responsibility of every human to act as "together-for others-being-in— the world", that is a basic norm of a whole world.
