Pedagogical Akmeology: Achievments and Problems
The main achievements in the field of acmeology in pedagogical education have been analyzed in this article; the main acmeological psychological-pedagogical conditions influencing the dynamics of teacher's professionalism have been determined. Acmeology of higher pedagogical education is chosen from field acmeological education; its object, subject and the aim of research are determined; course of studies «Астеоlogical principles of higher pedagogical education* has been worked out.
