Abstract

Having analyzed the principles of reforming the education system in Ukraine, the author has pointed out at negative consequences of non-critical acceptance of Bologna convention. In fact, the process of reforming the education system in Ukraine comes into conflict with the cultural and historical grounds of philosophy of European education and science and the notion «Europeanness».
