Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological problems of the philosophical and cultural analysis of the political ideal in the modern Ukraine. Modernity is considered through correspondence to the requirements of universality and specific characteristics, formation and functioning of the social phenomena, and system approach to the evaluation of effectiveness and realization of the political ideal.
