Abstract

Today, humanity demonstrates its disability to localize and regulate the boundless freedom, which is transformed into arbitrariness not in the open, but in the hidden way, when it is impossible to find the guilty person and to bring him/her to trial. Knowledge, which objects the social reality, can promote that veiled expansion of other’s freedom. Knowledge is not only a power, but also a social weapon, which come out of ethical regulations system and stay to some extent difficult to catch by traditional law. This makes law archaic or, in other
words, inappropriate to the contemporary requirements of faire regulations of social relations, which are veiled by knowledge.
