Abstract

Modern scientific methodological approaches to the development of higher education in a global society are realised in the system of informational characteristics, qualities and specific peculiarities. These points reflect the state, tendencies and perspectives of such education development. The perspectives are shown as those that create a system, as organisational and substantial combination of relations between «individual-social» and «personal-collective».
